Letter from the Deputy Secretary of Defense on Recapitalization of the USAF Tanker Fleet

A November 19, 2004 letter from Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz concerning modernization of the U.S. Air Force aerial refueling fleet was addressed to Senator John W. Warner, Chairman of the Committee on Armed Services. This letter, which was placed in the Congressional Record by Senator John McCain, has been posted for review.
